Abstract
A statistical data summary of surface weather observation climatology: Ft. Wainwright AK. This summary is similar to the Revised Uniform Summary of Surface Weather Observations (RUSSWO), but is based on data collected form limited-duty weather observing stations, i.e., those that take weather observations less than 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The summary is in five parts: PART 1, Weather Conditions and Atmospheric Phenomena; PART 1, Surface Winds; PART 3, Ceiling and Visibility; PART 4, Psychrometric Summaries; PART 5, Pressure Summaries. Note that PART 2, Precipitation, is omitted.
