K-Pulse Estimation from Incomplete Multiple-Frequency Scattering Data and Target Identification.

Abstract

The K-pulse waveforms of realistic aircraft models ar obtained from incomplete multiple-frequency scattering data without a priori knowledge of the target complex natural resonances (CNR). The approach is based on minimization of the late-time energy content of the K-pulse response at several aspects and/or polarizations. Use of the K-pulse as an identification tool is demonstrated.
