Studies of Optical Matrix Multiplication and Reconfigurable Optical Interconnect Concepts

Abstract

In the first year of the program, we studied a number of concepts on matrix multiplication and reconfigurable optical interconnection using photorefractive materials such as BaTiO3. We have conceived several new concepts in the same area. The results are documented in three technical paper/ presentations and four patent disclosures.
