Exact Tests for Variance Component Models with Unequal Cell Frequencies in the Last Stage.

Abstract

This paper presents a method to construct exact tests for the variance components in a general unbalanced random model. It is assumed that the imbalance affects only the last stage of the design with no missing cells.
