Maximum and Minimum Temperature Forecasting in Europe.

Abstract

This report takes a look at how to forecast maximum and minimum surface temperature in Europe. The traditional approaches are presented with strengths and weaknesses. A means to tailor your own 850 mb climatological temperatures to produce the forecasts is introduced with an example. Keywords: Weather forecasting; Europe.
