The function of AGED is to provide technical advice to assist DoD and the military departments in planning and directing adequate and economical electron device research and development programs. During the contract period, the contractor provided support for eight AGED meetings, three Special Technology Area Reviews, and six technology briefings. Meeting support included: developing agendas; providing meeting sites and security; and reporting and disseminating meeting results. During this period the contractor also maintained a comprehensive database of information on current and planned government-sponsored electron device R&D programs. This effort was a follow-up to contract N00039-84-C-0213.
