European Science Notes Information Bulletin Reports on Current European/Middle Eastern Science,

Abstract

The European Science Notes Information Bulletin (ESNIB) is a compilation of reports on recent developments in European science of specific interest to the US R&D community, and is issued in support of the mission of the Office of Naval Research Branch Office, London. It is not intended to be part of the scientific literature. The value of the Bulletin to Americans is to call attention to current activity in European science and technology and to identify the institutions and people responsible for these efforts. ESNIB authors are primarily ONRL staff members; other reports are prepared by or in cooperation with staff members of the USAF European Office of Aerospace Research and Development or the US Army Research, Development and Standardization Group. US scientists travelling in Europe may also be invited to submit reports.
