Abstract

This users manual provides information on the use of the ECONPACK Computer Program, an interactive computer system which assists the Department of Defense in the preparation of life cycle costs analysis reports in support of funding requests for construction programs as well as many other types of programs. The program is in accordance with AR 11-28 Economic Analysis and Program Evaluation for Resource Management.
