Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program. Monitoring Concept Plan

Abstract

This report the monitoring concepts for all aspects of the Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program. The chemical agent monitoring standards and equipment are described and their application to storage, handling, transport and disposal of chemical agents and munitions is discussed. The report describes the monitoring and control of the disposal process conditions (e.g., temperature, pressure, etc.) as a means of ensuring safe plant operations. Industrial pollutant monitoring is also covered. Organizational monitoring and control concepts are described for all aspects of the program.
