Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program. Emergency Response Concept Plan.

The concepts presented are comprehensive in scope, but are not intended to represent definitive criteria for emergency program development. Keywords: Chemical agents, Emergency response, Emergency planning zones, GB, VX, Mustard, Protective action zones, Chemical accident, Incident, Response and assistance.
