Night Fighter Squadrons: A Look Ahead.

Abstract

Recent technological developments and initiatives from senior Air Force officials indicate the Tactical Air Forces will be striving for a more credible night fighting force in the near future. The focus of the study involves organizational and training requirements needed for a more credible night fighting force. The study evaluates night fighter squadrons as one possibility. The study concludes that, with proper emphasis and guidance, a credible night fighting force is possible.
