Resource Denial against Soviets,

Abstract

Resource denial is an important part of war fighting. It involves retaliating against an enemy by destroying resources left behind prior to withdrawing from an air base. In a crisis, denial effort should be sharply focused and structured; otherwise, resources left behind will help the enemy.
