Evaluation of Policy Program Priorities for DoD Program for Fiscal Years 1989 through 1993.

Abstract

The report reviews major Congressional budget actions on the FY 88 Department of Defense budget request and the service adjustments to the FY 89 DoD budget. The report then provides recommendations for the Under Secretary for Policy to consider in relation to the report from the Commission on Integrated Long-Term Strategy.
