Abstract

This report presents the results of analyses of test length and readability conducted on the 1987 USAREC New Recruit Survey active Army survey instrument. The report contains comparisons of test length with Test Category and other recruit demographic characteristics. Recommendations are made for the development of survey questionnaires.
