Alternative Acquisition Strategies fr Training Systems. Revision.

Abstract

The Navy may take between six to seven years to procure a training device. This research memorandum describes and evaluates alternative acquisition strategies currently used by the Navy, with the objective of identifying methods of shortening the procurement process.
