This is Supplement 15 to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Topographic laboratories (ETL) Bibliography of In-House and Contract Reports. This supplement provides author and title indexes, abstracts, and AD numbers for the 1986 and 1987 additions to the continuing bibliography. It also contains a complete title index designed to be used in conjunction with the 15 published bibliographies and refers to them by year and number.
