This program is called the Installation Restoration Program (IRP). The IRP has four phases consisting of Phase I, Initial Assessment/Records Search; Phase II, Confirmation and Quantification; Phase III, Technology Base Development/Evaluation of Remedial Alternatives; and Phase IV, Operations/Remedial Action Actions. Roy F.
