Abstract

This reference document presents a comprehensive overview of the Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) Technology Area for FY 88 and FY 89, summarizing the R&D Program, Basic Research through to Development (6.1-6.4). It consolidates Program Element and Project information and serves as a management tool for laboratory managers and planners and headquarters personnel in the Services and OSD.
