The Twist-Boat Conformation in a Gallium-Arsenic Six-Membered Ring: Crystal Structure of (Me3SiCh2)2AsGaBr2)3

Abstract

The facile preparation, of a number of new gallium arsenic compounds, including (Me3SiCH2)2AsGaBr2)3 using silylarsines was recently demonstrated by work in our laboratories, and is one of a group of mono(arsino)gallanes now known to exist as trimers on the basis of NMR and cryoscopic molecular weight data. Arsenic compounds, Gallium compounds, Arsines.
