Abstract
For procurement, production, and modernization of support equipment and materials not otherwise provided for, Navy ordnance and ammunition (except ordnance for new aircraft, new ships, and ships authorized for conversion) the purchase of not to exceed two vehicles for physical security of personnel notwithstanding price limitations applicable to passenger carrying vehicles, but not to exceed $115,000 per vehicle and the purchase fo not to exceed (861) 490 passenger motor vehicles of which (717) 434 shall be for replacement only; expansion of public and private plants, including the land necessary therefor, and such lands and interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title; and procurement and installation of equipment, appliances, and machine tools in public and private plants; reserve plant and Government and contractor owned equipment layaway, Aviation support equipment, Ordnance support equipment, Civil engineering support equipment, Supply support equipment, Personnel and command support equipment, Spares and repair parts.
