This report presents the results of an Evaluability Assessment (Planning Evaluation) for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) Recruiter Training Program. The report contains a brief history of the Army recruiting course and provides the evaluation plan for the full process and outcome evaluations of the program.
