Navy Occupational Health Information Management System (NOHIMS). Medical Exam Scheduling Module. Users' Manual

Abstract

The Medical Examination Scheduling (MES) module consists of a list of options that allow users to access the Navy Occupational Health Information Management System (HOHIMS) Industrial Hygiene (IH) Component database in order to perform these functions: (1) enroll and remove employees from Medical Programs manually; (2) schedule employees for examinations for Medical Programs; (3) maintain medical qualifications for employees. The System automatically enrolls employees for occupationally required programs and automatically removes them if terminated, program is deleted from occupational requirements, they have missed an excessive number of examinations.
