Documentation of BIDNET: Project Bidding for CPM and PERT Activity Networks

Abstract

Software is presented (designed for the IBM PC/AT or compatibles, in ProBasic) and its underlying logic for the determination of the bid on a project given its activities, their durations, and their individual cost functions. Program logic admits deterministic as well as probabilistic durations and costs, and any desired confidence (in the probabilistic case) on the bid estimates.
