Abstract

Magneto-Optical studies of HgCdTe have provided a rich new group of spectroscopies for studying defects and impurities in narrow band semiconductors such as HgCdTe. Keywords: Defect characterization, Magneto optical measurements, Two photon spectroscopy, Narrow band gap semiconductors, II-VI Compounds, Mercury cadmium tellurides.
