The research is conducted during the period of the contract can be divided into three areas; 1. Permanents of (0,1)-circulants. 2. Minimum permanents of doubly stochastic matrices with prescribed zero entries. 3. Nonnegative matrices. Keywords: Matrix theory; Recurrence functions; Polynomials.
