Bistatic Clutter Phenomenological Measurement/Model Development

Abstract

This program examines the scattering phenomenology of low grazing angle bistatic clutter, as well as specifies the required measurement techniques and instrumentation for its calibrated measurements. Clutter models are proposed for measurement validation techniques.
