The purpose of this report is to explore the unique opportunities available to the small construction business owner, or prospective owner, for gaining a competitive edge over his big business rivals, and how the Small Business Administrations policies have affected the industry by promoting new construction businesses, making capital available for the expansion of existing businesses, and providing management assistance and training.
