Epitaxial Garnet Investigation; Technical Report, Foreign Travel

Abstract

This documents reports on a European trip taken to investigate techniques for growing epitaxial garnets with high Faraday rotation and low optical and magnetostatic wave attenuation. Bismuth substituted YIG is indicated.
