Mini-Conference on Key Problems in Silicon Chemistry

Abstract

The purpose of the above-named grant was to bring together several leading theoretical and experimental researchers in the field of silicon chemistry in order to promote interactions and to identify key problems in the field of silicon chemistry. Experimental groups represented include gas phase organosilicon chemistry (R. Damrauer, C.H. DePuy, R. Holmes), condensed phase organosilicon chemistry (P. Boudjouk, R. West), Photochemistry (J. Michl), and composites (L. Hench, D. Ulrich).
