A Study of Computer Center Management

Abstract

The computer field is changing rapidly and technical innovations ar e being introduced. Managerial techniques are proposed to deal with the technology changes. However, these techniques are developed in the United States and the rest of the western world and do not take into consideration the various economic and culture factors in developing countries. This thesis seeks to present a number of new techniques in managing computer centers with some modifications so that they can be successfully implemented in developing countries.
