Defense Standard Ammunition Computer System (DSACS) Risk Analysis Report

Abstract

This report describes the risk analysis performed for the Defense Standard Ammunition Computer System (DSACS). Cross-impact analysis and goal programming were employed to encoded probabilities for subsystems. These subsystem probabilities were used as input to a Monte Carlo simulation which estimated probabilities of the system meeting its various objectives. Risk analysis, Software development, Probability encoding, Goal programming, Monte Carlo simulation, Prototyping, Cross-impact analysis.
