Mutagenic Potential of DIGL-RO Solid Propellant in the Ames Salmonella/ Mammalian Microsome Mutagenicity Test

Abstract

The mutagenic potential of DIGL-RP solid propellant was assessed by using the Ames Salmonella/Mammalian Microsome Mutagenicity Test. Tester strains TA97, TA98, TA100, and TA102 were exposed to doses ranging from 5 mg/plate to 0. 0016 mg/plate. The test compound was not mutagenic under conditions of the test.
