Mutagenic Potential of Triethyleneglycol Dinitrate in the Ames Salmonella/Mammalian Microsome Mutagenicity Test

Abstract

The mutagenic potential of TRIETHYLENEGLYCOL DINITRATE was assessed by using the Ames Salmonella/Mammalian Microsome Mutagenicity Test. Tester strains TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537, and TA1538 were exposed to doses ranging from 5 microliters/plate to 0.0016 microliters/plate both in the presence and absence of metabolic activation. The test compound was not mutagenic under conditions of this test. Mutagenicity, Genetic toxicology, Ames test, TRIETHYLENEGLYCOL DINITRATE, TEGDN, Propellant.
