Mutagenic Potential of BALLPOWDER in the Ames Salmonella/Mammalian Microsome Mutagenicity Test

Abstract

The mutagenic potential of BALL-POWDER was assessed by the Ames Salmonella/Mammalian Microsome Mutagenicity Test. Tester strains TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537, and TA1538 were exposed to doses ranging from 5 mg/plate to 0. 0016 mg/plate in both the presence and absence of metabolic activation. The test compound was not mutagenic under conditions of this test. Mutagenicity, Genetic toxicology, Ames test, Ball-powder.
