A Total Quality Management Process Improvement Model

Abstract

The purpose of this report was to enhance the quality and productivity performance of naval logistics organizations through the application of a process improvement model. The process improvement model represents a systematic approach for the analysis and improvement of operations and resources used to create products or services. The present report describes the activities required to use the model.
