Abstract

The study assessed the need for a Family Practice Clinic at the USAF Academy and how to best satisfy the needs for the beneficiaries. The objectives in assessing those needs required the measured awareness of the target population to the Family Practice Program, staff awareness of the program, and the identification of the patient's needs for the program. The study concluded that a need existed for a Family Practice Clinic and that in offering this new service, the planning and promotion would aid in full implementation of the clinic services.
