Computer Strategy for Detecting Line Features on Simulated Binary Arrays in Support of Radar Feature Extraction

Abstract

Line search techniques for linear features in digital radar images are developed and described. It is shown that the search techniques can be represented by codes. The codes determine the major directions of search and removal of side branches. The testbed that is necessary to investigate and test the search techniques is described.
