Abstract

Procedures are described for utilizing the three IBM-PC programs presented. These programs constitute Revision 1.00 to the Engineer's Refractive Effects Prediction System (EREPS), which is used in assessing the electromagnetic propagation effects of the lower atmosphere on radio wave transmissions.
