Abstract

This final technical report on the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance contract to the Materials Sciences Division of the Defense Sciences Office of DARPA depicts those activities SPC performed to support the statement of work task objectives. Specifically, SPC provided (1) evaluation support, (2) library support, (3) technical documentation, (4) conference support, (5) engineering analysis services, and (6) management support services.
