Special Flood Hazard Evaluation Report: Donner Creek, City of North Tonawanda, Niagara County, New York

Abstract

This report documents the results of an investigation to determine the potential flood situation along Donner Creek (also known as Black Creek). The study was conducted at the request of the City of North Tonawanda under the authority of Section 206 of the 1960 Flood Control Act, as amended. The study reach extends along Donner Creek from immediately upstream of the Conrail Railroad tracks, upstream to the corporate limit, a distance of about 4,700 feet.
