Abstract

The Chief of Naval Operations has assigned NPRDC the following mission: To be the principal Research and Development Center for the Department of the NAvy's planning and utilization of manpower and personnel and to pursue a coordinated technical development program in the areas of education and training. It is Center policy to only perform work that falls within the assigned mission, addresses high-priority Navy and Marine Corps requirements, and represents the most efficient use of available resources. We are determined to assist our sponsors, claimants, and customers in identifying and prioritizing requirements for manpower, personnel, and training (MPT) research and development. (JES)
