Copies of reports should be ordered by using the Accessions Division (AD) number where listed. Those reports not yet assigned an AD number may be ordered by using the HCSCIA, HCSD, or DSO number and the study title. When ordering, indicate if report is desired in microfiche or hardback paper copies. Current prices of reports or other services may be obtained directly from the respective agency.
