This report presents activities and accomplishments of the A.C.E. Southwestern Division (SWD) as related to reservoir regulation and water management activities for fiscal year 1987. It also presents detailed summaries of reservoir conditions, water quality activities, and coordinating activities with other Federal and non-Federal basin interests groups.
