Army Back Complaint Program

Abstract

The Army Back Complaint (ABC) Program packet provides recommended actions to develop and implement successful installation of ABC Programs. It is designed to be an educational tool to prevent injuries to the back, shoulder, or neck areas primarily as a result of material movement and handling or slips, trips or falls.
