RADC Software Acquisition Management and Analysis

Abstract

The intent of this effort was to identify the RADC software development and acquisition needs, to investigate the software technology methodologies and tools required to satisfy these needs and to present these findings to a sample of RADC Center Program Managers (CPMs) and their supervisors. This report outlines the tasks undertaken by the author to accomplish the objectives, the evaluation results of the two software engineering courses presented and a list of recommendations to upgrade the software engineering capability at RADC.
