The techniques, including both decision aiding and training, will be evaluated in a controlled environment, the Experimental Development, Demonstration, and Integration Center (EDDIC), at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This report documents the development and application of four tactical scenarios to support training of Army divisional-level staff officers in the analysis of the battlefield area. The emphasis is upon terrain analysis. The scenarios are intended for use with prototype training software called the Tactical Staff Training Module.
