Special Flood Hazard Evaluation Report: Canaseraga Creek, Town of Grove, Allegany County, New York

Abstract

This report documents the results of an investigation to determine the potential flood situation along a portion of Canaseraga Creek within the Town of Grove, New York. The area of study extends along Canaseraga Creek from the Town of Grove corporate limit upstream to where the creek flows under the Conrail railroad bridge above County Road 24. This report also identifies the 100-year floodplain and floodway for 2 miles of the creek. Keywords: Flooding: Flood control: Drainage.
