Military Manpower Training Report for FY 1989

Abstract

The Military Manpower Training Report of the Secretary of Defense is submitted to the Congress in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 138(d)(2). The Secretary of Defense is required to submit to Congress a written report each fiscal year, recommending the average student load for each category of training for each active and reserve component of the armed forces which includes justification for, and explanation of, the average students loads recommended. The FY 1989 Military Manpower Training Report specifically supports the Department of Defense amended request for authorization of average military student training loads for each component, active and reserve, of each Service for Fiscal Year 1989.
