Heat Exhaustion

Abstract

Heat exhaustion is the most common heat illness, among soldiers and athletes. this manuscript is written in an ask the expert format, per request of the journal editor, to describe heat exhaustion for the athletes and practitioner. This manuscript describes the signs/symptoms, physiological cause, treatment, and measures which can be taken to prevent heat exhaustion. Keywords: Dehydration, Fluids, Electrolytes.
