Abstract

This document discusses the implementation of TQM by the Defense General Supply Center and Defense Depot Richmond. It contains TQM concepts, methodology, goals, milestones and a description of ongoing improvements efforts. The plan establishes short-range (1 year), mid-range (1-5 years), and long-range (5+ years) targets designed to establish TQM as a way of life.
